1. KY-3 Program
a. A Call Director was installed in the Offices of the
DCI and Special Assistant, and in the Office of the Director
of Communications.
b. A KY-3 with three extensions was installed at the
DCI residence.
2. A review of our training program for this past fiscal year
indicates that the amount of training time for our technicians in-
creased 35% over the previous year. In projecting the training time
that will be required for FY-67, and takin into consideration new
systems such as ARLS, MAX II, MAX III, etc., the
indications are that our training time will increase another 25%.
We will spend at least 28 man years of training time this coming year,
which will be still less than 10%o of our technical force.
