The Fiscal Year 1965 Stock Procurement has progressed as follows: 25X1A1a Category Funds Committed Category Allotment During December Total To Date General Stock 5398-7851 R&D Services 5179-4000 SPS, R&D Services 5179-4300 Other 2. In comparison with previous months during FY-1965, December was rather "light" for expenditures incurred from the bulk stock procurement funds. A few noteworthy items which were ordered are shown below: Description Quantit Total Cost Digital data, modem, Rixon SEBIT-36 6 Test Message Generator, Digitech, 10 DT-105 Receiver-Transmitter, G.S. TPL 15 Case, Activity CC-12 125 Multimeter, Hewlett-Packard 410-C 12 Tektronix Equipment (Various) 3. In response to a request from the Department of the Army, a requisition was prepared to furnish the Army, on a non-reimbursable basis, the following equipment: 236 RS-6A'a (included 28 in C-3 condition) 138 RS-6's (all in C-3 condition) This transfer of material afforded an excellent opportunity to rid our stocks of all unservioeable RS-6/RS-6A equipment. 25X1A1a Gf 3UP t Excluded from automam, Approved For Release 2001/07/2-M-07. The 14th report was compiled and sent to the field for completion and return to Headquarters. 5. Several requisitions were initiated to ship forty- six HW-28's to various activities throughout the world. 6. Blanket authorization was provided to OC field activities to dispose all stocks of excess M14, M15 and M19 Teletype equipment. In addition, these overseas areas were 25X1A6a re uested to refer excess Tinytot equipment to Deputy Chief, for possible use on FE projects.
