Project Description: This task provides for the design and development of a High-Speed Tri-Phase Modulator for fixed station use. The unit will be designed to accept information in the form of standard teletype punched paper tape and provide a tri-phase signal output capable of driving any standard class "C" or other less efficient transmitter. The output will be between 2 and 8 mcs with an adjustable output level of up to 5 watts across a 50 ohm load. There will be six crystal controlled channels and on YJO input. 25X1A9a 25X1A5a1 2. Project Status: The contractor has almost completed the fabrication of the first deliverable AT-11 engineering model and expects to meet the scheduled delivery date of 31 January. The only possible delay in this delivery date will be caused by late delivery on a Ferranti tape reader. This unit has been prom- ised for delivery several times, but has still not been received from the sub-contractor. The fabrication of the second AT-11 engineering model is proceeding and the scheduled delivery date of 31 March is expected to be met.
