3. Various possibilities were discussed for "netting" the - 25X1A6a
stations. Because of the distances involved this appears to be quite
a problem. One or possibly two sub-base position stations will have
to be established. These can work into or crcial facilities.

4. OC.44D indicated that they would obtain propagation prediction
curves for the various path involved and study these in detail before
levying any exact requirements pertaining to lotion of the proposed.
