The third biennial Afro Asian Peoples Solidarity Organization
conference is scheduled to open in Dar-es-Salaam, Tanganyika, on
7 January 1963. Attached is a working paper which describes the
developments and activities of the AAPSO from April 1961 to the
present time and which may be of interest as background informa-
tion. It should be noted that the scope of the AAPSO's activities
covers Latin America as well as Africa, the Near East and Far East.
