SUBJECT: Review of 0C/RMS Schedule 50-67/09
1. The following information was furnished
OC/RMS :
item 9.b. These files consist of background working papers
on regulations drafted by OC. Despite the fact that RCB/SSS
is office of record for this information, OC insists on a
20 year retention period.
item 12. This is supposed to be a central file of all in
and out memos for OC. It has been in operation about one
year.
2. Off hand, the memo file described in item 12 looks like
it would be of value in documenting management and direction of the
OC program. This file should be flagged for future evaluation when
received by the Archives and Records Center.
