15. LIAISON Called Frank Slatinshek, 25X1
Chief Counsel, House Armed Services Committee, regarding a call
on behalf of Representative Robert Leggett (D., Calif.) who is interested
in whether the Soviets are planting sensors off the cost of California
In light 25X1
of the fact that on Monday we briefed the Special a committee on Intelligence
on this subject, Slatinshek thought it would be reasonable if we referred
Mr. Leggett to either Chairman Lucien Nedzi. (D., Mich.) or he (Slatinshek).
I told him we would do this.

with OER. The briefin is set for 0900 tomorrow morning25X1
