Y. a response to Ran Yel's personal freedom of information request which I hiacl asked me to deliver. 6. INTELLIGENCE BRIEFING I called Dick White, on the staff of Representative Dale Milford (D., Texas), and confirmed the arrangements for the breakfast for Representative Milford on 11 November and told him that Director Colby would now be the host and gave him the guest list. 7. LIAISON I took a call from Nancy Hartke, on the staff o Representative Ray J. Madden (D. , Ind. ), who called about American schools abroad. She stated that a constituent had requested information on how to obtain teaching positions in American schools abroad. I suggested that she call the State Department for the necessary information. 8. LEGISLATION Received a call from 25X1 George Gilbert, ( w 1o advised nee that another Admini.stration statement regarding Law of the Sea had been sent directly to CIA members of the Law of the Sea Task Force. Gilbert requested that he be notified by COB tomorrow if there are any problems with this statement. I subsequently notified Bob Houston, OGCR. 9. I I LEGISLATION Called Chris Aughney?X1 regarding the. Justice Department draft bill on garnishment of Federal employees wages. Aughney said to her knowledge the bill had not yet been introduced in Congress.
