In order to protect the classified material supplied to
the Senate Budget Committee by your agency, we have established
a procedure of control. I have designated Thomas A. Dine, the
Committee's defense and international affairs specialist, to be
in charge of this security system.
Any classified material coming to any member of the Committee
staff should be delivered directly to Mr. Dine in Room 305 of the
Carroll Arms Hotel to be logged in and checked out by the person
requesting the material. I would appreciate your cooperation in
facilitating this procedure.
