1. I I LIAISON CONGRESSIONAL TRAVEL Talked
with Dick White, Administrative Assistant to Representative Dale Milford
(D., Tex.), and arranged for Carl Duckett, DDS&T, to meet with Milford
at 0900 hours, 3 January in the latter's office. The meeting. was requested
by Milford to discuss his trip to I I Dick White also provided a 3
revised itinerary of the trip which reduced the time of. Milford's stay in.
A cable has been sent to the appropriate stations
alerting them of the change. We will send another cable after 3 January
meeting to affirm the specific dates of meetings with our COS's.

with Clark McFadden, Counsel, Senate Armed Services Committee, to
finalize arrangements for his contact with our Station Chiefs in

McFadden was given the names of our Station Chiefs in

I told McFadden that I had a memo on Vang Pao for him but he asked that I
hold it until he got back from his trip. He also mentioned that he was doing
a statement for Senator John Stennis (D. , Miss.) on congressional oversight:
