Y.) called about his session tomorrow with the Latin American Division chiefs of Stations and I told him that: it would be most helpful if he could give them a view of CIA as seen from the congressional viewpoint. 18. I told Ms. Thomas that I would pass this on to our Office of Personnel. 19.
