SUBJECT: Suggested Agency Schedule for:
Wednesday, 31 December
Friday, 2 January
Monday, 5 January
Tuesday, 6 January
Wednesday, 14 January
29 December 1975

The attached schedule is suggested for your continuing Agency
briefings or other Agency-connected events, on the above dates.
Please note that no briefings have been scheduled for Wednesday,
31 December, because of the strong possibility that there will be a
ceremony In honor of Mr. Richard Welch, which we understand you
have tentatively agreed to attend, at CIA in the afternoon. (The
ceremony probably will take place at 3:00 p.m., and the details
will be given to you as soon as possible.)
Because you are lunching with Mr. Colby at CIA on Friday,
2 January at 12:30, after the luncheon he would like to take the
opportunity of your presence. to give you a personally conducted
tour of our Headquarters building.
We would appreciate your reactions to the attached schedule
as soon as convenient.
