1. I addressed the Clandestine Services Review Course and was some-
what disappointed to find that there were only fifteen students in the course
and that only eight of them were returnees from the field. Since speaking
at this course takes quite a bit of senior Agency officials' time, I question
whether we should run it unless we have a larger number of students.
