6. Talked to Bob Amory about the assignment of I . Later in the day he
advised that jean would be assigned to the Office of Operations as Chief of the Plans Staff.
7. I ladvised me that an error of $107, 000 had been made in
figuring the amount of money which Project AQUATONE had spent on "System II" and that
either AQUATONE would have to pay it or he would have to cut back the number of units
in "System II" to five. I told him that I saw no reason why AQUATONE shouldn't pay
this money and that if he couldn't work the matter out satisfactorily with ta5X1A9a
