1. I gave permission to make available to the Inspector General
his audit reports on Project MKULTRA.
2. advised me that he had attended the opening of bids for the
clearing of the site at Langley. The low bid was $31, 450, and the high was $102, 000.
The contract will not be awarded for a few days.
