White to have a survey made of our courier system covering grades, security, supervision, etc. Col. White: a) Noted there had been established by the White House a Policy Information Board which will operate under the super- vision of Jim Hagerty and that CIA had been invited to participate. This Board is to function during Alert Operations and in time of emergencies for the purpose of deciding on information which can be made public.
