by the Alsop brothers concerning George Keennon* & views as
expressed in a private interview between the Alsops and
Kenna*, he noted that Kennon'* & present views appear to
differ in tone considerably from the line he has been taking
in the past, Mr. Wisner agreed and suggested that either
star arrange to see Kennon and hare a
discussion with him. Mr. Wisner undertook to see that this

Noted that he was preparing cone notes for DCI on his
forthcoming briefing of the Fairless Committee, more formally
known as the president's Citizen Advisers on the Mutual
Security Program. fie noted in this connection there would
be a great deal of information on the subject of US foreign
aid policy emanating from various congressional groups and
others and that he is attempting to be very careful in
preparing material for this briefing.
