1. The reference cable alerts. various embassies in Latin
America. of field review by GAO auditors of U. S. efforts to stop the
flow of illicit drugs entering. the United States from Latin America, I
contacted" Mr. Kenneth Fasick', Director of the International Division,

that he would have someone call me back and arrange a meeting,
I received a call from a Mr. Abston who identified himself as being
in charge of the Field Review referred to in the above cable and could
be reached on 128-6519 (It should be noted that this is a BNDD tele-
phone number.).
