12. (Internal Use Only - PLC) FBIS, called. Alma
Pfaff, House Internal Security Committee, a called him late yesterday and
inquired whether FBIS files would reveal the number of U. S. citizens who
have traveled to North Vietnam. He told her that any information that FBIS
has would be based solely on broadcasts from Hanoi and it would not be
reliable. He suggested that she contact State and Justice.

affidavit on the Watergate matter with a covering explanatory note from
