Al Tarabochia's meeting with ad gone well. Sourwine

Foreign Affairs Committee staff, who asked if we could expedite the material
that was r ting of 21 September 1973 with
EA Division. brie been advised.
7. Met with Ralph Preston, House Appropriations 25X1
Committee staff, and gave him Copy #1, Series B, of the FY '74 Budget
Presentation (including all graphics) for his review in preparation for the
Committee meeting scheduled for 9 and 10 October. I told Preston that
the community briefing outline is being reordered but that the substance
will not be materially changed from the briefing paper given him on 25 July.
He asked that the IC outline be provided as soon as it is ready.
