Czarnecki told me that t. e Chairman is again out of town and he had not had time to return Mr. Colby's call before he left the city. Although a meeting between Dr. Morgan, Representative Mailliard, and Representative Fascell with Representative Harrington is intended, Harrington has been out of the city and it was not possible for the meeting to take place prior to Harrington's departure from the country for Chile last night. He has been out of the city since sometime last week. Chairman Morgan can- celled Mike Finley's travel to Chile with Harrington.
