Also discussed with him the CIARDS legislation which was passed by the Senate today. Hogan said although he cannot speak for the Committee, he sees no reason for formal hearings and feels the legislation can be expedited as soon as Chairman Nedzi, Intelligence Subcommittee, returns from his Middle East trip. 25X1A 10.
