Mr. R. W. Koch
Dear Mr. Koch:
Upon receipt of your letter of 14 April 1973,
I placed a telephone call to Mr. Strobe's Gunworks,
which is located in a Washington suburb.
Ile wasn't there and the lady who answered the
Rhone told me. he is "in and out," that she couldn't
tell me when would be the best time to contact him,
and that if he had any information on the 9mm
Liberator he would have answered your letters. I
must say she wasn't very cooperative. She sug-
gested that you go back to the Treasury Department
as they would know more about the guns than
Mr. Strobe. I read her the copy of the letter
from Rex Davis who said you should contact
Mr. Strobe, but she didn't seem interested.
You might want to call him person-to-person
sometime. His numbers are:
Off ice
Home
Hope you have better luck than I did.
Sincerely yours,
Executive secretary
ACR;dm (19 April 1973)
