1. Reference message states that Customer 2 does nofJ-------
have a requirement for the "H" configuration now located ---------
at McCoy AFB.
2. It is recommended that this camera be transferred to
Detachment G where it will be used to establish compatibility
with U-2R and be available as an operationally ready back-up
for S/N 001 and 002 currently at Detachment G and H, res-
pectively. It is further recommended Hycon ECP 008 Heater
Blanket revision for the "H" camera be authorized for S/N 001
and 003 to improve camera. performance. This improvement has
already been incorporated in S/N 002 at Detachment H. No
additional funds are required.
