SUBJECT: Combined Program Hearing and 4th Quarter Review & Forecast
1. The-FY 1975 Program draft for your office is due to be submitted
not later than 15 March 1973. As in the past, a hearing will be held
by Mr. Duckett to discuss your proposals and approve or adjust your
requests.
2. Since the timing for these hearings coincides with the period
when the 4th Quarter Review and Forecast would normally occur, we are
attempting to save time for all concerned by combining the meetings into
a single session. We plan to discuss the program first then proceed to
the QR&F.

eetings are scheduled to convene in the DD/S&T Conference
Room In that the Program hearing can be expected to be lengthy,
the tune remaining for the QR&F may be minimal. Since the forecast will
be of the fourth quarter, we are assuming your contract proposals will
be few and we trust the time available will be sufficient. If you intend
to employ viewgraph transparencies in your briefing, we request xeroxed
copies of the information for inclusion with the Memorandum for the
Record.
