This..memorand.um provides background information for use in 303 Committee consideration of the. November JRC schedule. 'Req- ommendations in.paragraph 9 below cover the JRC airborne and sea- borne programs and the Supplements on Special Overflights and the Forecast on NRP Activities. 2. The number of aircraft missions proposed. for November shows a decrease for November (595 vice 746 for October) accounted. for primarily by a decline. in the number of "ocean surveillance air patrol" missions scheduled in the Mediterranean (37 vice 165). Otherwise, there is no significant change in the pattern of the missions, tracks, and areas of operations, worldwide. 3.
