SUBJECT: U-2R Management Plan
REFERENCE: u ] 10020-67, dated 10 February 1967
I have reviewed your memorandum setting forth the management
concept for. U-211 acquisition and establishing the aircraft base-line
configuration.
I ain in agreement with your memorandum except for one point:
authority to approve configuration changes affecting aircraft per -
:crmance should remain the responsibility of the DNRO, upon the
recommendation of the U-2R Executive Committee for Development.
Your plan should be amended accordingly.
