Action: The ExCom agreed to defer the expen- Y 1967 funds for additional development of e pending a decision on the continuation of :he program beyond the end of FY 1967. The Director of Central intelligence will consult the tinned States Intel- ligence Board and provide its recommendation to the ExCom c-_ whether the program should be continued. !SlYCIASS Action: The D'NR O will summarize for the ExCom his findings consequent upon his visit early in September to McDonnell Aircraft Corporation. The summary is to address not only the DNRO's present concerns relevant to the IS" NGL?ASS proposal itself and. the direction which we should go in the field of this technology but also the relationship between general technology which is white and this particular proposal.
