The entire course is conducted in the Russian language and I am told its graduates really become excellent area specialists. It is equipped with an excellent library and somehow manages to procure the latest Soviet periodicals and books two and three weeks after they are pqblished_inthe USSR. With a view to fully exploiting this source I believe it would be most desirable to attach to this school one of the team members (must be Russian speaking) for several weeks.
