1. The report which uncovered on his trip to
25X1A6a and which we are not getting, is a consolidated re ort of
monthly planned and actual production in 25X1 A6a25X1 A
25X1A6a This material is consolidated on a quarterly basis by the Army
European Command, G-2. Army collection units in- by directive,
place a low priority on general economic and industrial information.
The Army interrogation centers limit collection to manpower, conmiunica-
tion and transportation, thus excluding industrial production data.

2. Both have reported that only a small proportion
25X1A6a of the information collected in is relayed to Washington, and that
frequently available economic intelligence of some importance is not sent
back.
3. Another type of information which we are not getting is Soviet
and German publications, many of which contain valuable economic and
25X1A8a statistical data. =does not provide for this type of collection.
4. The main purpose of the ORR team, as I understand it, is not
to collect information but to provide specialized guidance to the presently
constituted collecting units on economic intelligence requirements.
