SUBJECT : Preparation of Estimate Concerning Chinese
Communist Intervention in Korea
1. Confirming telephone request of 29 August 1950,
it is r ecomnended that an ad hoc committee be appointed
to prepare an estimate of the likelihood or possibility
of Chinese Communist intervention in Korea.
2. Lt. Colonel Arthur H. Baker,.USAF, is designated
as the representative of the Director of Intelligence,
USAF.
