RICHARD VALERIANI: "The super secret CENTRAL INTELLIGENCE
AGENCY, which is blasted when it fails, but cannot boast when it
succeeds, got a boost today from Republican Senator M.lton,Young
of North Dakota.
"Young returned from a world tour and said CIA agents overseas
are doing a better job than their Soviet counterparts, despite being
outnumbered by more than two to one."
