The Washington Evening Star reports that State Department officials are deeply concerned that the Senate Internal Securi- ty Subcommittee has unearthed a "secret" list of more than 800 potential security risks in the State Department. The memo- ,.randum, containing the lists, was signed on June 27, 1956 by the late Scott Mc- Leod, then Administrator of the Bureau of Security and Consular Affairs.
