parently are fortunate to have
William Raborn as head of
the Central Intelligence
Agency, notably for his oppb-
sition to making concessions
to the Soviet, which opposi-
tion does not seem to set well
with such "liberals" as Sen. I
Eugene McCarthy.
It is reported that Senator
McCarthy has asked the chair-
man of the Senate Foreign Re-i
lations Committee, J. William
Fulbright, to hold hearings on;
the CIA's impact on foreign..
policy in an effort to embar-'
sass Mr. Raborn.
WE ARE ALSO fortunate:
to have Mr. Raborn because
of his )armonious relations'
with h'BI Director J. Edgar
Hoover, with whom he is said
to work closely and smoothly,
and both of whom it is said
the Soviet's KGB is out to
drive from office.
This alone is a high,, econi-
mendation.
Now who is this man J. Wil-,

"Consular Convention."
