in his rights in saying and writing any-
thing he wants. But This is a man who
has drawn almost $100,000 in retire-
mentwpay from the United States Army

straint on his part.
And restraint hardly is the word for
a retired general, still on the Army pay
roll, who denounces NATO as a "myth,"
