NEWSCASTER: "Senator Wayne Morse of Oregon has called
for the resignation of newly named Director, Richard Helms,
of the Central Intelligence Agency.
"Morse says Helms was wrong in endorsing an editorial
in a St. Louis newspaper that criticized Senator William
+ulbright as being 'crafty' Fulbright disagrees with Morse,
calling the resignation,'premature.''
