Qovernmerlt.,orders. Socialist Senator Corbalan earlier had filed documents with.
Interior Minister Sotero del Rio which involved Miklos Meszaros in Chilean domestic
.affairs. Meanwhile, the dailies EL SIOLO and UL IMA HORA, which carried copies of'
the.; documents linking Miklos Meszaros with the U.S. Embassy, said that he was an
"agent of. the CIA carrying out propaganda in favor of Julio Duran,.Radical Party
presidential candidate. " Reports say that Miklos received a large quantity of
propaganda from the U.S. Embassy which was spread throughout the country. The
Hungarian exile left for Argentina, but his companion, Casilda Benitez, has remained
in Santiago.!. She is an Argentinian, but no order for her expulsion has been issued,,
although 'she has been accused of participating in these activities (Montevideo
