Dodd, Democrat of Connecticut, filed two motions. Wednesday in United States District Court in his tangled, $2-million conspiracy and libel suit against two columnists,, 'drew Pearson and Jack Ander son. One two-pronged motion asks first that the court vacate and set aside a notice served on Senator Dodd on Monday that he begin giving a deposition to the defendants' lawyers on June 14. The second part of the motion asks the court to make Senator Dodd's former assistant, James P.
