RAD O TV REPORTS. INC. Sanitized - Approved For ReiafQ ,, October 7, 1966 - 12 Noon CPYRGHT CITY Chi o ago C.I.A. MAY BE INVOLVED IN SPY TRIAL CPYRGHT MIKE O'NEAL: "In Buffalo, the C.I.A. may be involved in a spy trial. Mike Waters reports from Buffalo:" WATERS: "The question of C.I.A. involvement was the main point of interest when cross-examination of the defense witness, aviation writer Martin Kaden('?-) resumed this morning in the trial of two men charged with conspiring to illegally export seven B-26 bombers to Portugal without State Department permission. Kaden told the court that Gregory Bord(?), a third man mentioned on the indictment, who is now believed to be in Jamaica, told Kaden that the flights could not take place openly without at least the tacit consent of the State Department and the C.I.A.. Kaden said the flights did take place openly. Mike Waters, Mutual News, Buffalo." OFFIGBH INsl~n ti ec r pr 6d -or. ReIea e~Cl-RDP,7,640449 00 64eOO -5
