It ruled that five persons de tamed in connection with th kidnaping would stand trial on 'charges of "illegal arrest and arbitrary deteneion." Seven others allegedly in- volved in the kidnaping would be tried in their-absence at the same trial. They are Oufkir, whom the French allege organized the kidnaping, M.
