day fr):m cancer in Washington
Hospital Center.
Born in Youngstown, Ohio, Mlr.
Seerl lived in Washington for 21
years. He moved to Vienna two
years ago from Mexico City. He
lived at 1000 Echols St., S.E.
Ile leaves his `vife, Juanita; a
son. Richard P. and a daughter,
Patricia N. Schcrl; a brother,
