JERRY TURNER: "In Baltimore's Federal Court today, a slander
suit against an agent for the Central Intelligence Agency was, in
effect, thrown out of court.
"And the judge ruled the agent could not be forced to testify
regarding his activities.

"The defendant, Yohi Rouse (?) of Hyattsville, was being sued
by an Ontario man, Eric Heine4, who claimed that Rouse had slander-
ed him by alleging he was an agent of the Soviet Secret Police."
