For Release 2003/12/02 CIA The 6 December 1964 issue of Uj Szo, Hungarian language daily of the Slovak Communist Party publisho in Bratislava, carries on page 4 the first installment of a series of articles, to appear weekly, on STAT the CIA. The first installment, which is unsigned, is titled "Cloak and Dagger," the installment to appear the following Sunday will be titled "The Mysterious Department 54/12." The article begins by stating that General Clifton Chester delivers intelligence documents to the presi- dent every morning.
