MINUTES OF TACTICAL WARNING/ATTACK ASSESSMENT TASK FORCE MEETING
The Third meeting of the Tactical Warning/Attack Assessment
Task Force of the Defense Science Board convened at 0900, 31 October
1972 at the Naval Intelligence Support Center under the acting chair-
manship of Dr. Dominic A. Paolucci. Mr. Fred A. Payne assumed
his duties as Chairman at the afternoon session. The second day of
the meeting was held in the Pentagon. The agenda and list of attendees
are shown on Enclosures 1 through 3.
A number of warning issues were identified and discussed as
to the manner each would be treated in the final report. The Chairman
will compile the written inputs from the members with the results of
the discussions into a draft report, which will be furnished before the
next meeting.
The next meeting will be a one-day executive session and is
scheduled for 0900, 20 December in Room 3C200, The Pentagon.
The meeting adjourned at 1615, 1 November 1972.
