MISSION C-281C
This mission is in response to the USIB requirement
for photographic coverage of high priority targets along
the Central coast of the People's Republic of China, (PRC).
The 40 Committee has approved four photographic
missions for this month. This U-2R aircraft
will remain at least twenty-six and one-half
nautical miles off the mainland of the PRC and twelve
nautical miles from all PRC-controlled offshore islands.
