JUSTIFICATION
This mission is in response to the USIB requirement
for photographic coverage of high priority targets along
the South China coast. The 40 Committee has approved
four photographic/ELINT missions for this month. This
U-2R aircraft, will remain 20 NM
off the Communist China mainland.

priority targets.
COLLECTION SYSTEMS
