1. At this time, the areas of most concern to you a.re: -.definin your

the I,ilS. The two areas are inextricably related. Although 1�~e call
certainly say something about the ;�lIS after Iooki.ng at its costs
and the uses to 1:'hich it is rota put, it is also necessary to
evaluat~.e how well it does or could meet the real needs of- n~~anage-
ment.
2. In reassessing the h[IS, certain questions must be answered by each
component:
a. Estimate personnel costs

sheets?
(2) Are they accurate? 1Vhat problems frustrate accuracy?
