Mrs. Ward sai>-_n, Senate Foreign Relations Committee staff, for Dr. Edward Allen and a member of OLC to deliver to him, on 1 April at 10:30, and discuss wi,.,'-, him material in response to Senator Fulbright's question at our Z9 March briefing of the Muskie Subcommittee regarding Soviet economic and military :assistance to foreign countries. 4. Talked with Steve Vossmey :, in the office of Senator Thomas F. Eagleton (D., Mo.), and arranged for Mr. George Carver to give the Senator a followup briefing oil the situation in Vietnam at 3:00 p.m. next Tuesday, 6 April.
