Ralph Preston, Staff Assistant, House Appropriations Committee, regarding
the Agency budget. See Memo for Record.
10. (Unclassified - RJK) John Wilson; from the staff of Representative
Paul McCloskey (R. , Calif .),called to request a subscription to the FBIS
Daily Report for Asia and the Pacific. I told him he could expect to begin
to receive the reports in about ten days. I made arrangements with FBIS
to initiate the subscription.
11. (Internal Use Only - RJK) Called a Mr. Keaney on the staff of
the.Senate Forei n Relations Committee about his request for copies of
North Vietnamese propaganda broadcasts on rainmaking and weather
modifications. I told him our people had made a thorough check but had been
unable to come up with anything. He thanked me for our efforts.
