Mr. Kilgore said he will pro- pose the election of William F. Kerby, now executive vicepresi- dent, as president; Buren Mc- Cormack as executive vicepresi- dent, and Robert Bottorff as general manager. Dow Jones publishes the Wall Street Journal, the National Observer and Barron's. It also owns Dow Jones Books and operates the Dow Jones News Service.
